- I understand that once you get home and live in your new hair for a few days that you may find some adjustments to be made. I am happy to make minor adjustments that align with our original consultation within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments that alter the original plan or are made more than 7 days after the original appointment will require additional payment.
- There are limited special circumstances that I will agree to refunding either partial or full amount of services rendered.
No Show/Late Cancellations
- We kindly request at least 24hrs notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. No shows will be charged 50% of the cost of services booked.
